The man running the word is NCP's LEADER Ajit (DADA)Pawar

Ajitdada once gave a word to every worker and citizen he visit , whether in the ministry or in any corner of the state, that the concerned citizen or worker remains undaunted. Because he believes that this is Ajitdad's word, there will be no change and his work will be hundred percent. If a job is not done according to the rules or for other reasons, they have a great aversion to lying to the person concerned and holding them to promises. That's why he has done the related work in the very first meeting. Often citizens from different parts of the state come directly to the ministry for their work. So such people need not come so far spending money and time. They expect that the concerned matter should be handled by the guardian minister, local MLA or a senior officer and if it still does not work, they should come to the ministry only. They give strict instructions to the citizen from the constituency, because every week they come to Baramati to meet every citizen and listen to him and satisfy him. This shows how much Ajitdada is careful not to waste people's time and money

Ajitdad's hard work is well known. With the Minister of State Dattamama Bharne, he held a meeting with the senior officers related to this matter and gave instructions to sort out all these matters. Also, he is regularly reviewing the subject with Dattamama Bharne and I am confident that as per his word, the issues of MPSC students will be resolved.

In terms of time, no one can match respected Pawarsaheb and Ajitdada. Time does not change one bit. It is not easy to deal with work for 16-17 hours in a row, but Ajitdad has enough!

The officials concerned have no choice but to do homework and study if they want to attend any of Ajitdad's meetings. They are extremely sensitive in the case of farmers and common citizens. Many officers privately share their experience that some officers may be doing wrong work, harassing people, obstructing them and what happens if Ajitdad complains about this. Also, while making a decision about a subject, they think with all their parts, but they also take care not to linger in the decision considering how important it is to the people. Due to his boldness in taking decisions, he faced difficulties at times, but in running a people-oriented administration, his work style is such that he does not worry about the consequences. My best wishes to Ajit Dada on his birthday today! May they continue to serve the people in such a way and may they be blessed with long and healthy life, this is God's prayer!
